In the first section, we will learn about how to manipulate sprites in Unity and place them in our level.
Next up, we need to get our player moving! Instead of using Unity’s built in physics engine, we opt to get total control over the feel of our game by creating our very own 2D character controller!
Now that our character can move, we need to create our camera controller!
With all of that out of the way, let’s gamify our game! We now need to create our level manager and point system.
This section shows how we will implement the concept of health and damage. At the end of this section up by building out a very simple AI script for controlling an enemy!
This section adds some basic polish to our game.
Now that we have our game pretty much finished, we can add a bunch of life to our levels by throwing in some animations.
The final thing that we have to do for this game is put together our levels!
