Question Searching for job in 3D

First off, 3DBuzz rocks and there's tons of great learning material here and a great group to share information with. I know there is a jobs section here, but with the technical nightmare that the Buzz crew deals with just to pull this site off, that section has been understandably left on the back burner.

So my question is; Where can I go online to look for 3D job postings?

I have found a lot of stuff on CGTalk.com but wanted to know if anyone out there knows of any other sites with additional listings and other places to search. If I wanted to be an accountant I could search a million job boards, but trying to filter for the stuff in the 3D industry can be a bit tedious, if not entirley futile.

personally i'd think you'd need just a bit more than a years experience in the programs you have listed in order to get a job. other than that, find out where there are 3d studios and if they have jobs available, and do an interview..many many more interviews later, you should get a job at some point.

icedale - Understandable. I have just over a years experience in Max, but I'm self taught (other than what I have learned on this site). After meeting with some local 3D companies (who told me that they would like to hire me unfortunatly don't have any openings right now) I was told that my skill level is above well average for my limited time in the field. I am working on completing a demo reel and intend to leave out information on how long I've been doing this and search for work based on the quality of work that I can produce.

mastermesh - On most of the typical job boards, I almost never see a listing in the CG art industry (Monster.com, Hotjobs.com, Careerbuilder.com, etc.) and I don't know if that's because there are really so few jobs available, or if all the CG artists go to sites like CGTalk and the majority of the listings simply never make it to a job board outside the industry.

I know that on CGTalk there is a 'Studios Hiring' section and I was interested to know if anyone knows of other sites with similar postings.

I do see hotjob hits sometimes... the key is to have the jobs emailed to you with their auto searcher thingy.. and use really relevant keywords like lightwave or photoshop, 3d, etc. Yes, not a lot of jobs show up, but some do.
