    Watermark? Easy To remove

Hi all sorry to post this .....

Put isn't the watermark easy to skip?

Watermark color is for example Light Grey

    Other Color Black or other

if you just write a program that analyze the screen frame by frame

and pixel by pixel you could filter out the watermark.

so where you see the for example The Light gray color put a white pixel on it?

so I think it would be possible this way

you could loose a few letter but not many but it would still be readable

and sorry for my bad English

the water mark moves , changes size and rotates
buzz got some very advanced people to try and get rid of the watermark but they could not do it, sure its possible but with thousands of frames in each video with the water mark in diffrerent possisions its gonna take ALOT to get rid of them

the water mark takes up the whole screen and its not exactly light grey as it has its opacicty way down, the only way to remove it would either be frame by frame and by hand... you cannot crack the algorithm since its random, scale and size changes over time.

OK, so you filter out the light gray pixels. Now what? What do you replace them with? If you substitute white, then you will have a nice bold white watermark obstructing everything behind it.

Even *if* this works, then all that means is the BuZZ will add some random RGB changes in the next set of watermarked videos. So you can't filter by color because the color is changing slightly. (Think of how it changes now, where you don't really see it changing).

Sorry to disappoint you, but it's not that easy, my friend. Don't you think they would have known if it were that simple?

Whether Buzz explicitly adds it or not, random RGB changes happen, due to the artifacts created by encoding. And as was mentioned, there is more to the watermark than "light gray".

Anyway, the subject has been talked about, and bottom line is, there is more to the watermark than it may appear, and removing it is much more difficult than most people think. Your time would be better spent elsewhere.

And remember, even if you could, that doesn't mean you should!
