    openGL

    I am very new in XSI, and I'd like to know what is opengl depth queue?? and objects do not update in the shaded mode as I change the material....??

    If you mean the "depth cue", well that's just another viewport option how to display your objects. When activated, all wireframe-lines near to the camera will be shown opaque and those in the back will become more transparent. This should help you to get a better feel of the depth of your scene.

    If you're applying textures/images to an object, you have to switch the viewport shading mode to either "Texture" or "Texture Decal" to see it. "Shaded" will only show you the color of your object(s).
