    Packing textures up in your UKX??

    Ok i know about packing my textures up into UTX's but how are people able to now pack there texture up into animation UKX file alone?

    never heard of that where/who told you that this could be done?

    or do you mean the usx packages? where some of the staticmeshes have textures already on them
    Aint that some ...

    look at his files. he even posted at the top of that page about it.

    its weird cause I used the genral WOT tool to peek in side the UKX and shure enough it showed textures in it haha i dont know how the heck he did it but me must find out.

    I thought all the packages were the same format with a different extension?

    Couldn't he have used UCC.exe to put them into a .u file then used F2 to change the extension?

    Its right, all packages (.u, usx, utx, umx, unr, not .ogg nor karma files) are the same packagetype with different extensions.

    Using exec functions in UScript, or UCC, (also possible to do in UnrealEd, i think...), you can add code, textures, sounds, meshes, animation and so on into any package...

    hum I have only used the UCC once and that was today lolz to make a .u of a new character so people could have them on there server or something anyway I dont quit understand to prosses fo useing the UCC fully not understand how to use it to do this, and cant seem to find a tutorial. Please could you help me... feel like an idot cause I should know this.
