    Here's a couple:

    http://www.eugenesargent.com/case1.htm

    And a slightly more...um...unusual one:

Also, I remember seeing a site a while ago which detailed a bunch of "mini" case mods, like a computer inside a toaster, or a clock. Does anyone know what site this is?

That 3rd one rules! It looks like what would happen to a computer after a Nuke attack lol.

BTW that dude may want to stay away from the jolt cola and pop rocks it messes up your brain.

Dudey - you have the same case as me (except mine is black and I only have one blue cold cathode atm). Very nice I like my black bay drives.

Cimadragon - I didnt know that about the round cables. Getting rid of my old ribbon cable for my HDD was a great move for me coz it really cleaned up the inside of my machine and greatly improved the airflow. I kept the old one though so if I come across any problems I can always change it back.

well i gave my case a paint job.

here's the result : my case
i made an eye with a red led, but i've removed the capsule around the light, so now it's flat.

i also got a window on the other side, but haven't got a picture of it yet.

    btw DUDEY, nice case dude

I worked this summer and got some money to build a new computer...
I didn't want something that everyone got so I started building my own case.
I've built the frame in oakwood and then put aluminium on the sides.
The thing is that after I bought all the cooling (watercooling from dangerden and 3 120mm aluminiumfans) some friends asked me if I wanted to go skiing in the alps...
So now I'm sitting here with a complete coolingsystem and a halfcompleted case but I don't got any money for the rest of the computer... It kind of sucks....

But I hope that I'll finnish it when I get some more money. Probably next summer

I made a wooden pc in the summer, I didnt have any money for a real case so just used some old wooden and plastic in the garage . I should point out it was all done by eye so dont diss the hand sawn wonky lines of it .

    *edit*

sorry for first over sized pic!

    *edit 2 *

Shot of a clear plastic case I made for my shuttle, I stuck a couple of blue cathodes in there to. It looks funky at night.

Well just look at a normal case. Think about what you need, like somwhere to mount drives, room for motherboard, somewhere for psu etc.
