Equivalent, "Reset XForm" or Flip polygon"

    Hi,

I'm very new to Maya, been working with 3dsm for a few years, I'm currently exploring it, but cant find equivalent tools that max have. I'm thinking of Fliping a polygon face and the Rest XForm tool ( Reset transfomation)

Been consulting the manual and tested around with diffrent tools without getting the result i'm looking for

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks

To flip normals, use Edit Polygons > Normals > Reverse [].
As for Reset Xform, can you describe how you used it in Max? Did you use it for storing object transform information on top of the stack or for something else?

I use Reset XForm to rest the bounding box and pivot and scale transformations. Need to do this when exporting to other file formats (example X file and similar)
The objects turns inverted, specially if a part has been mirrored.

For models within max only I rarely use it. Then rest transformation and scale is more handy.
