Yes another favorite thread (Children Cartoons)

I know there has to be some people here who still watch cartoons. If you do what are your favs. Not talking like South Park, ATHF, or Simpsons i mean like kids cartoons

    My personal favs are

    Rocket Power
    As Told By Ginger
    All Grown Up
    Rugrats
    Wild Thornberrys
    Static Shock
    The Batman
    Teen Titans

As you can tell i am a big fan of the Clasky Cuspo style. As someone who grew up really wanting to be an animator or Voice Artist for disney or Looney Toons i have came to love the semi adult story telling of the CC style cartoons. They are good for kids but they don't make you feel stupid. There are alot of good lessons to be learned in each show

I don't watch them much anymore, unless I happen to catch a Bugs Bunny while flipping channels. I used to love GI Joe and the Transformers (the original one). Also, MASK and Voltron were good. All the Looney Toons cartoons are great. What I really like about those is that you could watch them as a kid and they were funny and you can watch them now and they are funny on a whole different level. There were a lot of adult jokes in them that you totally missed as a kid. It makes it so a parent can watch the show with their child and both can enjoy the show. Pure genious in my opinion. There were others I liked too, but I can't think of them right now.

I don't watch many cartoons these days but when I was a kid I loved 'Battle of the Planets' and 'Thundercats'.

Yes, Battle of the Planets was very good. I couldn't think of the name. Thanks for reminding me of that one. Thundercats was good as well. I used to watch it a lot also. I may be biased (and old), but I think a lot the cartoons in the early to mid 80's were some of the best.
