    the hair is just nurb surface....so i can just map the texture with uv,

    here is my next modification, what do you think about the mouth now? im still botherd by her nose, do you see any way i can improve the nose area or do you think it is fine?...how about the shadow i cant get rid of that harsh shadow is it because the way i have my light set up or the shader it self?

    ok i have change the nose, i guess the problem i have no that i see is her eyes, i cant get the right amount of reflection...what setting should i set for her eyes?

    Cool hmm...

    Nose still quite big to my eye?
    And the eye browns could be changed.
    Are you going to make ears for her?
    She looks good without them.
    (vierd I wouldn't look that good without ears, how about you?)

    Still think she needs some more work on the nose area of the model, one side looks more bigger then the other.

    i would go for the stylistic approach I think it would suit your style more... If you want more realism, I would try using some blemishes on the skin to give it a more realistic look... enjoy...
