I like that I have having to find Blender equivalent tools to the ones Zak is using in Maya. It is helping me to understand what tools are available in Blender, and how to use them.

Didn't get as much done as I wanted, but I only have one video left and then I am done with the handle. I'm liking it so far. This is the first time I really play with the crease edge tool. Usually I just add extra edges.

Sorry for the slow update. Finally had some time to sit and work on this uninterrupted. I got the slide release done.

Do you intend to add materials? i'd guess that blender has the likes of a unwrap UVW tool.
