    Its been a while!! Few Maya questions - Glass - Arnold.

    Hey all, its been a few years! I don't do that much 3d anymore, but I had to crack it open for a recent project. In Maya 2019 I'm working with a lot of glass with the Arnold stuff.

    Im having trouble getting my .tif label file to show over default Arnold glass (preset). I'm loving Arnold and all the new stuff, but what's up with my texture? I have looked at every tutorial online and nothing is fixing my issue. It's possible too much time has passed and I'm a complete noob at Maya now? For shame...

    So, in the arnold render view I see glass, but no texture file. In my UV layout I seem to have lost the ability to show the image in the background, or the option is moved I can't find it.

    In the hyper shade I can check to make sure my image is piped into the "base" node... don't know why they changed the name from Diffuse... it just all adds to my confusion.

    Tossing in a screen shot that may help...

    Can we see the texture file you're piping into the shader?

    In the UV Texture Editor tapping 6 toggles display background image
    There is an exception to every rule, apart from this one.
