    No but I've seen Facebook posts that say he reacted to somebody's post (last week)....so he's doing well enough to at least like posts on Facebook I would think.

    It's hard to believe it has been more than a year since the bad news. But I'm happy Jason is still fighting this thing.

    I don't have much experience with this kind of situation. Are the doctors only trying to make him comfortable now, or are they still trying to fight the disease?

    It really sounds like it's palliative care now. That i remember he was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer that had spread to his stomach and liver. The chances of being alive 5 years later are 1% i.e. treatment was ever only going to help with the pain and possibly prolong the life a little. It is a very difficult thing to witness and bear.
