    Too many verts/edges?

This is my first character model, I'm wondering if it might have too many verts/edges? I'm not really sure what the average range is?

If I do have too many is there a way to remove some without affecting the geometry much?

    Thanks!

Depends what the purpose of this mesh is really?
Is it going to get alot of up close camera attention/be deforming heavily (wrinking skin)?

My first thought was that it was a low poly character that had been smoothed, so the count (67k tris) does seem high.

Either delete out some edge loops that don't effect the overall shape, or look into retopology methods
There is an exception to every rule, apart from this one.

Good call, what sort of poly count are you aiming for?

    Keep the updates coming!
