    Unity and 3DS max problem help would be appreciated :)

    I have created a model, and rigged and animated it. The root bone for the rigging system is 0,0,0. However when I export as fbx the rigging system is spot on but the model's co-ordinates are way off. And also the skin mesh renderrer is 10 times the size of it.

    Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

    Help would be much appreciated.

    Remember that Max is Z-up & Unity is Y-up... also; you need to be working in cms for your unit scale in Max, iirc.
