From my observations in the c# 101 class and discussion with the students in it, I can only say that so far it has been a huge success and the model seems to work really well

I'm enjoying the C# 101 class. Also streaming Blender 101 due to time constraints. Great "Schtuff" folks!

This is great stuff, pulling more into the fold, just got a friend signed up due to the C# course. Now to get my nephew to sign up so he can do Blender! Great stuff!

I'm really looking forward to the C++ class.

Something of note: when streaming the blender 101 videos later on, I have incredible difficulty downloading it faster than it streams. Which means it often takes around about 2 minutes to watch 1 minute of footage. Considering the reasoning behind streaming this stuff, I'm not sure of a solution, perhaps simply a low bitrate version of the video that may be easier to stream? perhaps a more highly compressed version. I don't know, but you may be able to get away with some rediculously low bitrate. I'd rather sacrafice some quality if it means I can watch the video.

Looks like we'll be getting a lot of fresh meat for the C++ forums

Which is a good thing, as the old Evil Monkeys code really starts to show its age... So although I'm not going to attend any of the classes: Looking forward to it

I'm actually really looking forward to the Unity classes. Hopefully these will have some good object oriented design and architecture. Do you guys plan on moving beyond these basics or Intro classes once they complete? Like Intermediate or Advanced Classes.

I think this is an awesome site and I have the utmost respect for the people behind it. But how on earth do you guys manage to pull this off? I mean you have C++, Unity, Android and Blender 102 coming up and now you also found time for a 6-week UDK class? How many Zak's and Nelson's are there? I suspect cloning must be a work here

Yeah, I only wish I wouldn't have felt so torn between joining between the C# or the Blender classes, tho. Oh well... I do like what Blender is capable of, tho. Certainly a better tool than I first thought. Although I do look forward to catching up with C# 101 in time, I'll watch the videos, and get myself up to speed in case I plan to join C# 102. I dunno, I just find it easier to take one class at a time, and not try to overwhelm myself, especially as weeks go along in it.
