    Voted. Some nice work, though I know how hard it is to focus (or not shake your hands) when shooting that close. Especially with a macro lens!

    Yeah, using a macro lense can be hard work till you get the lock-your-arms technique down! Or cheat and use a tripod

    go figure after the contest is over I get a decent picture of what I think is a Black Widow catching a caterpillar
    decent as in as good as this camera could ever take close up
    I say I think it is a Black Widow it has the red on its belly but it is a brown spider with black markings on it.
    elevating to new levels of knowledge (that's the plan at least )

    he is a registered member and been here for some time so I don't think Mr Charisma paid him off
    people just have no taste, voting on a fly
