    newbie

I am completely new to programming, currently working with C++. I have done some assembly and visual logic and visual basic. I am feeling a bit intimidated by it all so, this is just a post to get those who are willing to help a newbie aware that I am out here. I am going to check out the tutorial videos and do more reading from Diane Zak, 5th edition Intro to C++. I also have a Malik C++ book and the O'reily handbook(chipmunk), if anyone can refference them might help too, but hey I appreciate all help and am not picky about what information is given, I will take it upon myself to try and understand it.

    Peace,

    -L-

    Welcome to 3DBuzz

A good place to start is the Thread of Information Sticky, you find lot of useful links to tutorials and other useful references.

Good luck if you got a question feel free to ask, but it is always good to use the search function.

The training videos here are really good, its amazing how quick the time flys and actually how much you can pick up without realising it.
