    Thanks KiD_Saiyan. As for interview tips, like I said earlier, the main thing is to show them how much it means to be a part of their team, without sounding desperate. Its all a matter of balance, in fact. Show them you are respectful enough to take orders, but also couragous enough to lead. Dont be arrogant or have a big ego, it stinks of false confidence, let them know you are passionate enough about your work to be a perfectionist, but realistic enough to understand and accept that it is a business, and not all of your work will be approved or used.

    If you are passionate enough, and they are good interviewers, they will know, and in my case, that got me through.
