Epic has not set any release date, that means that game will be in stores as soon as replicators can push it out. It should be available in US at start of next week at worst, and with some luck few days later around europe.

Maya PLE is included with every copy of the game.

However, do be aware that you will need Win 2k or XP to run it (you could also run it in Win NT, but I'm not sure you could run UT2k3 in that)

I'm not sure if there is a Linux version avilable, or included with UT2k3 (I do know you can get the full version of Maya for Linux)

Right - thanks for that mindcrash.

Also, I think they've actually built the UT exporter into the program, so they may have only done that with the Windows version - hopefully they'll have done the Mac version too...

Well... as far as i can see it, they will only ship the Maya PLE for Windows with a Windows compatible exporter...

If there ever will be a MacOS (X?) version of UT2K3 then they will probably ship it with the PLE for MacOS including a MacOS compatible exporter.

Anyway, I hope that you can install the exporter without PLE aswell... since I actually have a licensed copy of Unlimited around here
