    MOD TEAM [Action/Realism]

ok dudes, i am planing to put together a team of skilled people to create a mod (no name yet).
there will be the action that we all want and that little tiny bit of realism that keeps us sane. heaps of modern weapons for both teams, equality and and great fun for any1 playing.

i am currently working on a game design paper(whateva ya want to call it) which will discuss ideas, plans, etc.
i am also working on a site.

i need 1 or 2 co-leaders with experience, that are prepared to be co-lead, able to think of ideas that will create a more enjoyable game for everyone, and be able to organise and motivate other team members in creating the mod.

    i will be looking for
    -Co-leaders
    -Programmers
    -Modellers
    -Skinners/Textures
    -Sound Artists
-and anything else that i forgot to put down.

i will be taking the job of webmaster, and will also be working with 2d graphics.

so if you think you are able to do a job or know of someone, get in contact with me with MSN ( michael_franchi@hotmail.com ) and i'll have a talk with you and decide.

and btw, NO BETA TESTERS YET!

From the design plan you posted at scripting forum, I didn't get that impression.

An infusiastic little nipper. the excitement just ain't gonna last.

Try showing your own commitment in some way, how about a nice site full of cool pics and a strong project plan.

speaking of a strong project plan, do you even have a clue what it is your doing? other than getting over excited.

A good mod co-ordinator should also have some idea about all the other stuff such as creating 3d content, programming etc.

    hope it goes well.
