Content Licensing
All training content provided by and through 3D Buzz is licensed to you; you do not own this content. You are licensed to view the content for the purposes of training and education only and for no other purpose. You are not authorized to redistribute the content in any form, either physically or digitally. Copying the content for anything other than archival purposes is a breach of the EULA included with all purchased content. You may find a copy of this EULA at the bottom of this page.
Watermarked Content
Many of the products purchased from 3D Buzz include digital theft deterrent, part of which comes in the form of a visible watermark that is physically encoded into the video. This watermark includes the purchaser's name and address, and is simply used for purposes of identification in the event of illegal distribution of the content.
Video Accessibility
Many videos are available on 3D Buzz via our streaming system. This includes both free public videos and exclusive Member Sponsor content. As a general note, the streamed content will be most easily accessible to those who are using a broadband internet connection. While we do make our content indiscriminately available to anyone who visits our site, we cannot claim responsibility or any problems that arise through attempting to view our video streams through a dial-up connection.
While our videos should generally be constantly and easily accessible to anyone with a reasonably stable broadband connection, please remember that the site is based on computers. Sometimes computers can crash or fail; other times signals can become disrupted for a myriad of reasons. 3D Buzz cannot warrant against occasional server crashes, restarts, signal fluctuations, or any other factor that lies outside of our direct control. Rest assured that in the event of some problem on our end that prevents your access to our server, we will work as hard and as quickly as possible to rectify the problem and get everything back up and running smoothly.
Very occasionally, 3D Buzz may need to take its servers down for maintenance. In such events, we will endeavor to give as much advance notice as we are able and to get the servers back up as quickly as possible. We do not warrant against the loss of access to the videos during these few occasions.
Stream Capturing
3D Buzz does not give license to its users to capture video streams, even for personal use. The streaming system is intended to provide access to videos only on a streaming basis from the 3D Buzz server. Users are not authorized to capture, save, “rip,” or reverse engineer the system in any way that allows them to have a local copy of the video. Capturing 3D Buzz streams may result in your account being banned or canceled. In the case of Member Sponsors, this cancellation will NOT incur a refund.
Put simply, the streaming of these videos is what keeps traffic coming to our site and keeps people subscribed as Member Sponsors. If you sign up and capture everything, even just for your own personal use, then you’ve just stolen the only thing we have that keeps us going. Please don’t do it.
Verification
Purchases from 3D Buzz, including both hard copies of training videos and subscriptions into our Member Sponsor program, are subject to verification of the user's purchase information as a protection against fraudulent purchases. This verification comes in a variety of forms depending on previous order history, and may include verification of credit card information with your bank or credit card provider or, in some cases, contacting the purchaser personally by telephone to verify the purchase. Telephone verification can only be performed to a land line (non-cellular) that is connected to the billing address.
Under certain circumstances, we reserve the right to require a purchaser to provide a faxed copy of their signature and identification.
PayPal Purchases
PayPal purchases must be made with a verified PayPal account. If your account has not been verified, we are unable to process your payment. For information on verifying your PayPal account, please see this page:

International Shipping Fees
Items for shipment to countries outside of the United States may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied pursuant to the laws of the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
Restricted Countries and Address Types
3D Buzz cannot ship to every country or address in the world for a variety of reasons. Some of these locations do not respect international copyright law, others have been known to pirate our content in the past, and there are other countries within with which we have had numerous difficulties in shipping packages. The complete list of restricted countries and address types is below:

- China
- Pakistan
- Iran
- Iraq
- Afghanistan
- PO Boxes
- APOs
- University Addresses
- Any non-verifiable address (Please see Verification description above)
Member Sponsor Activation
Having your account activated as a Member Sponsor is not an immediate or automatic process. It requires manual procedures on our end and is subject to the Verification process mentioned above. We do our very best to make sure your Member Sponsor account is activated in a timely fashion, but we ask that you allow 2 business days before inquiring as to the status of your account.

Member Sponsor Content License
Simply put, as a 3D Buzz Member Sponsor, you are provided access to a separate library of exclusive content inaccessible to the public. This content is made available to you via streaming, and is not available for download. Please note that you are not authorized to share access to these videos; they are provided for viewing by the paying Member Sponsor only.
At an undecided point in the future, we may provide hard copy access to the Member Sponsor content, but until then streaming is the only avenue available to access these videos.
Member Sponsor Points
One of the benefits of becoming a Member Sponsor of 3D Buzz is the accrual of Member Sponsor Points, which can be spent on training video items from our store. The following is an overview of how the point system works:
- Each month that you are a paying Member Sponsor, you will earn 5 Member Sponsor Points.
- Each point is redeemable in our store at an exchange rate of $1 per point.
- Your account can only accrue up to 60 Member Sponsor Points. When you have earned 60 points, your account will no longer accrue further points until you spend some of them.
Member Sponsor Point Restrictions
- Member Sponsor points are non-transferrable.
- Your account can only accrue up to 60 Member Sponsor Points. When you have earned 60 points, your account will no longer accrue further points until you spend some of them.
- Not all products are eligible for Member Sponsor Points. This includes any product that has been produced by sources outside of 3D Buzz through external contracting, even if these products are sold in our store and under the 3D Buzz name.
- Usage of points on a product must be requested in advance, and must follow the procedures outlined below.
- Once you request to use your points, you have 24 hours to spend them on a product before they are forfeit. Make sure you're ready to buy when you decide to use your points!
- You cannot retroactively spend points. This means that you cannot make a purchase and then ask to spend points on that purchase after the fact.
- Upon cancelation of Member Sponsorship, all remaining Member Sponsor Points are immediately forfeited.
Member Sponsor Point Usage Procedure
Using your Member Sponsor Points is not particularly difficult, though it does require a specific procedure. Please follow these steps:
- Contact Angela via PM or email and tell her what product you want to purchase and how many points you want to use. You must do this prior to purchase.
- Wait for a response back from Angela before you do anything else!
- Angela will provide you with a gift certificate equal to the dollar value of the number of points you are spending. You must use this gift certificate within 24 hours, or else those points are lost!
- Make your purchase in the store, using the gift certificate to deduct the appropriate amount from your final total.
Member Sponsor Cancelation
Member Sponsorship may be canceled at any time by sending a cancelation request message to Angela via PM or email. However, just as with the activation process, you must be manually pulled from the system.
As such, we require a minimum of 72 hours of advance notice to cancel your account. This is important to keep in mind if you are planning on canceling before the next billing cycle. If your request is received less than 72 hours in advance, you may still be billed for the next cycle.
As soon as your cancelation request is processed, you will immediately lose access to all Member Sponsor content. Access will not remain until the end of your one-month cycle!
Upon cancelation of Member Sponsorship, all remaining Member Sponsor Points in your account are immediately forfeited.
Warranty and Shipping Damages
3D Buzz warrants all of its products against any manufacturing defect and - to the best of our ability - against damages incurred during shipping. We recommend that upon receipt of any of our products, you immediately inspect the disc and verify that the contents work on your machine. On very seldom occasion, videos go out the door in which the burn process was corrupted or the disc was defective. We allow a 30-day warranty period in which we will send you a replacement copy of your product in the event of a defect. Simply contact Angela via PM or email and explain the problem. In such cases, we may require that you ship the original discs back to us before we can send out the replacement.
We try to make sure that our products are packaged in such a way that they arrive in a safe and undamaged fashion. However, we cannot guarantee that the postal service used will treat your package with the same care that we do! In the event that your product is rendered inoperable due to shipping damage, please contact Angela via PM or email within 7 days of receipt for a replacement. In such cases, we may require that you ship the original product back to us before we can send out the replacement!
If repeated damage or loss claims come from a single location or address, we reserve the right to cease future shipments to that area and in extreme circumstances add the area to our Restricted shipping list.
Hard Copy Replacement Policy
While we do strongly recommend that you keep your discs safe - and remind you that per the EULA you are responsible for their security - we understand that discs can sometimes become damaged or lost. In such cases, we are happy to provide you with a one-time replacement discs for a flat fee of $15, which simply covers the re-encoding, printing, and shipping of your new copy. Beyond this one-time opportunity, however, you may be required to repurchase the product!
Please note that you losing your discs does not absolve you of the responsibilities outlined in the EULA! It would be best to make sure your discs are safe and secure!
Refunds and Returns
All sales on 3D Buzz are final. There are no refunds or returns of products purchased from 3D Buzz.

The content provided on this site is available for your own personal education and for no other purpose. 3D Buzz, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred from the use of our content or the employing of any of the methods found within our videos.

- General - This End-User License Agreement for 3D Buzz training content("EULA") is a legal and binding agreement between you, and 3D Buzz, Inc. ("3D Buzz"). "You" are either an individual or a single entity wishing to use this product in accordance with this EULA. This EULA governs the use and ownership of all content included herein. By using ("viewing") this product you agree to all terms found within this agreement.
- Use of Product - This product is intended for personal viewing by you for the purpose of education only, and not intended for any other specific purpose. This product intended for your use only, and not for public broadcast, display, or transfer.
- Ownership - All video and intellectual content found within this product is the sole property of 3D Buzz. You are licensing it, you do not own it. This license is non-transferable, and is immediately void upon the occurrence of any of the Termination conditions listed below.
- Termination - Upon termination of this EULA, you agree to destroy any physical or electronic copies of this product. Termination of this agreement will occur in the event of any of the conditions listed below
- Illegal Distribution - If this product is distributed to another individual or entity without expressed written permission from 3D Buzz, then the product has been illegally distributed. Illegal distribution includes, but is not limited to the following: hard copy or electronic duplication (other than for archival or backup purposes) or transfer, including the placement of this product on an Internet based file-hosting system or peer-to-peer network.
- Liability - You agree that you are responsible for all content found within this product. You accept full legal responsibility should this product be illegally distributed. Should illegal distribution of your licensed product occur, you acknowledge that 3D Buzz will seek legal reparations to the fullest extent of the law.
3D Buzz reserves the right to change the terms of this EULA at any time without notice. You may not publicly broadcast or display this content without written permission from 3D Buzz.

How do I watch these videos?

In order to view the videos within this VTM, you will need to install the XviD codec. On this disc you will find two folders: Videos, which contains all of the video lessons included on this VTM, and XviD, which contains the necessary codec to view the videos.
To install the XviD codec, simply open the XviD folder and double-click Setup.exe. This will launch the XviD installer. Simply follow the on-screen instructions, and the XviD codec will be installed on your system!

Integrated Piracy Countermeasures
===============================================================
Unfortunately, due to the high demand for 3D Buzz VTMs across many warez and copyright violating servers, we are now forced to protect ourselves from further piracy using a variety of countermeasures. These systems will help to protect the integrity of our products, as well as to help keep our prices down for future releases.
The piracy countermeasures included in this product are threefold. These systems work in concert to produce a digital fingerprint for your video, allowing us to keep track of which videos belong to who should the content be leaked onto the Internet. Each system is independent and can be used without either of the other two systems to identify copyright infringers.
The first and only visible system is the watermark across the main video window. This is a very faint image that will not distract you from the content found in the VTM, and in most cases will be forgotten after viewing the video for any extended period of time. This watermark contains your name and shipping address, and will be used as evidence should your copy of the video be found to have been illegally distributed.
The other two systems will be invisible to the user, and virtually undetectable from a data perspective. These are proprietary systems that have been developed by 3D Buzz, Inc. and need not be described in this document.
Remember, as stated in the EULA above, you are responsible for seeing that this content is not released illegally on the Internet. Consequences for illegal distribution of 3D Buzz training content will include legal repercussions to the fullest extent of the law whenever possible, or the "blacklisting" of countries where legal reparations cannot be achieved.
Say, for example, that you live in a country where copyright law enforcement does not extend. If anyone (including yourself) from your country leaks 3D Buzz content onto the Internet via peer-to-peer network, public hubs, or any other publicly accessible system, then 3D Buzz reserves the right to never ship to your native country again. We are sorry to have to take such extreme measures, but the warez community has forced us to this point in order to protect our content and your investment.
