ABOUT 3D BUZZ |
 |
|
|
|
 |
3D Buzz is a company dedicated to providing the world with quality technical education over 3D animation, programming, game design, and much more. We have been producing training videos since 2001, always pushing the envelope in the development of informative lessons with an engaging and personable format. We try to make the viewer feel more like they’re involved in a classroom discussion with an energetic teacher as opposed to being stuck in a dry, uninspired, run-of-the-mill training video.
But 3D Buzz is so much more than just training videos. We maintain one of the most helpful online communities on the internet. We do our very best to keep in close contact with our community, and to make sure that when you’re here, you feel at home.
We invite you to look around our site, watch some of our videos, and see the difference that we provide. We want you to learn, and we want to feel motivated while you do. If you have any questions whatsoever, don’t hesitate to contact Zak (one of our administrators) via email or PM and he’ll help you out as fast as he can.
Thanks for stopping by, and happy learning!

Jason Busby
President/CEO
busbyj@3dbuzz.com
Formerly a computer software engineer, Jason Busby began his career in teaching 3D animation eight years ago with The Renaissance Center in Dickson, TN. His unique and energetic approach to teaching gave his classes a widespread notoriety, garnering the attention of many well-known animation and effects studios, as well as a student body with members from every corner of the globe.
Through his company, 3D Buzz, Inc., Jason has been a pioneer in the world of video-based education, developing the concept of the Video Training Module (VTM), which combined a classroom-style learning experience with enthusiastic and thorough explanations, making the view feel less like they were watching a video, and more like they were participating in a class. His videos promote a level of critical thinking unique to the video training world, and his energy and personality keep the content enjoyable and engaging, even after many hours of highly technical presentation. |

Zak Parrish
Chief of Operations
zak@3dbuzz.com
Originally an artist and aspiring graphic design student, Zak Parrish became fascinated with the world of 3D animation and visualization early in his college career. After taking an intensive 12-week course in 3D animation from his mentor Jason Busby, Zak’s career took a sudden shift from student to teacher, as his natural abilities of fast technical comprehension and clear and energetic explanation landed him a job teaching the very material he had worked so hard to learn.
During his time as an animation instructor, Zak also began to use his talents to help Jason develop professional-level training videos for 3D Buzz, Inc., a venture that eventually led to a new job. Today, Zak is the Chief of Operations for 3D Buzz, working closely with Jason. His ability to tackle large-scale production projects and present them in an engaging manner to a global audience allows 3D Buzz to continue to push the limits of technical video-based education. |
