Final Avatar Trailer

A leaked/pirated version of this trailer hit the internet a couple of days ago, featured in handy dandy shaky cellphone cam footage. So they decided to go ahead release the full trailer in HD.

Avatar is a weird movie, not so much in the fantastical sense, I'm all about insane mind bending landscapes and creatures, I can handle that. But every time I see the trailer, I'm either excited or indifferent about it. It's very strange. I can't decide if I want to go see this or not. But I have faith in James Cameron, everything he's done so far has been pretty good. Even his documentary over the Titanic was pretty awesome, a bit over obsessive, but still awesome.

Added Bonus!

Latino Review also has a nice set of videos up. One is a four minute featurette that I highly recommend you watch, it shows some behind the scenes stuff and reveals some cool scenes and how long Cameron has been working on this movie.

The other is a 51 second publicity clip that I guarantee you will see about a million times while waiting in line for your popcorn.

Bumchops.

I'm inhaling all Avatar footage at the mo - I had a seat to see the 15 min preview at the Imax here in London, but missed it due to severe delays on the fupping tube.

Bah.

Cameron is my hero.

at the end it so should've said but this, this is SPARTA!!!!

anywho from what i gather it's gonna be such a cliche story wise, guy goes undercover to get information about the enemy, meets a girl falls in love then start questioning what he's doing prob turn sides bla bla bla, not to say the other cliche of war for profit and the reversal of all the alien invasion movies which seems to happen a lot lately where we arent the ones getting invaded but we're the invaders. But that's only what i get from the trailer i hope that i'm wrong.

This not only looks really cool visually, but I am instantly captivated by its story.
I find myself wishing it could be more than just a movie; it will be over too quickly if you tell this all in two hours.
I'd like to see a mini-series.
