Is there a overall theme set jet like sifi, western, space, future, past, war, forest, medieval, underwater, dungoen, castle, metal, cartony whatever? We could have 2-3 people draw some mood boards and scribles to find a style and direction we are looking for. Id join doing scribbles.
Names and logos are good if you want to sell your company and show who you are. To make a game/level/mod a working title will do too. On the other hand having a logo, name and domain will not hurt - hurray. Once the first stuff is being produced we might want to look out for a project management system. Forums arent exactly good in being structured and organized. Anyone knows a good solution for keeing track of tasks and milestones and assigning jobs to people. Is sourceforge for programming projects only?

I reckon get a group blogger setup or something and leave the site until later. Establishing a corporate identify before you've established a product is kinda wonky ^^

the name and logo were to ease us into it. now we can work together a little better and shown we have knowledge of procedures and even thought we picked some stuff certain people didnt like, everyones managed to get along still.
