XSI mod tool animation tutorial

Hi

I wonder if anyone would tell where I can find a nice and easy to follow animation tutorial for XSI Mod tool, Im making a game and Im really good at low poly modelling but I suck at texturing and animation I dont even know how to rig the bones to the model

I dont use the mod tool for modelling (I use Silo 2 pro but it doesnt has animation) so the tutorial must be pretty basic because I dont even know the keyboard shortcuts of this program.

Also I would like to know if there is a nice free/cheap UVmapping tool other than Ultimate Unwrap 3D because it makes my computer crash every time I open it and of course a tutorial for it.
