I am not sure it ok to release a blender plugin here. It is stable version and it working in unreal.
PSK = Skeleton Mesh (Working)
PSA = Animation Set (Working) -Detect if there animation when it exported.
Which game works:
UT3 - It is working, tested vehicles, and weapons.
UT2004 -It working, but I have not tested the class yet.
UTXXXX - Not sure about the older version of the games.
Information About this Plug-in for Blender Export:
The Armature bone are working for PSK and PSA. The bone are base on the head bone position when exported to psk. The tail is effect by rotation direction. The Mesh and Armature must center the pivot point together else you will get some offset when the animation is export.
