Today is Sharon Stone's birthday, heard that on the radio and almost forced me to wreck the car as i burst into hysterical laughter. The short story: I have returned a paper that I have worked very hard on. Unbelievably much effort went into it. The result a lowly D (or 4 for danes out there). Wow, has it really been that long since I've done a blog post?

Looks like the answer is yes.... it it. Now I'm not PROMISING anything, but I'd like to start blogging again. This little place was my chance to almost talk to myself and consolidate ideas, projects and other various strings from my life.

Well, i'm halfway done with Act 1's revision. got through chapter 3 tonight, which is 54 of about 108 pages. Had to restart it and catch the first three chapters up with the direction of the rest, and i think that i'm ready to fly through the rest and get into revising Act 2. Did a bit more brainstorming on the invaders concept i'm working on with a friend. going to tie two stories together, one will be the father telling the son for the first time about the night his mother dies. Got through Chapter 2 today, and i think that it will work for the purpose it has. In one to two scenes, i give enough background that the reader should be comfortable in the world, while letting them get to know the main character and his brother well very fast.
