Yeah, i do some! They're my older tutorials so the quality isn't the best, but you should get something out of them, here's my channel:

There's plenty of decent AS3 books about on Amazon as well. Start with one going over the basics, then move onto your preferred area whether it's game design, video programming, OOP design etc.
